What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in related field with 2+ years of relevant OR Master's Degree in related field
Nice to Have
Experience with ECI or similar semiconductor equipment, Background in installation, service, manufacturing, or technical support on complex tools, Prior experience delivering training or mentoring engineers (formal or informal)
What You'll Do.
Develop and deliver technical training on installation
and repair of advanced tools
Partner with engineering
and field teams to build deep product expertise
Create and continuously improve training materials
including presentations
and digital learning modules
Lead training projects
stakeholder alignment
and progress tracking
Translate complex technical documentation into clear
and engaging training content
Support hands-on activities such as tool builds
and field support to stay current on product changes
Review and validate service procedures and drive improvements to documentation
Leverage modern tools (e. g.
AR) to enhance training delivery
