3–5 years of experience in technical instruction or training delivery, 3–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, consulting, or professional services, Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms, Solid understanding of integration concepts, Solid understanding of APIs, Solid understanding of web services, Solid understanding of data transformation, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience), Demonstrated experience delivering technical training or enablement programs, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Problem-solving skills, Comfort with troubleshooting during training, Ability to work independently, Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, Comfortable presenting in English to global audiences
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with iPaaS or AI solutions, Background in technical training or enablement, Relevant certifications in iPaaS or related technologies
What You'll Do.
Contribute to design and development of training materials
Deliver engaging training modules via Workato Academy
Ensure training content is clear
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions
Provide live demonstrations
Provide practical exercises
Adjust delivery methods
Assist in development and delivery of certification exams
Assist in development and delivery of assessments
Support maintenance and updating of certification content
Provide guidance and assistance to training participants
Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Update training materials
Gather feedback from participants
Act on feedback from participants
Stay current with trends in iPaaS
Stay current with trends in integration technologies
