As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) for IT Services, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the future of IT Services. As a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, you will be the glue between stakeholders to ensure our customers receive the right outcomes that drive customer obsessed security. As a Technical Program Manager for the IT Services organization, you will facilitate the transition of critical IT Services used by our customers to an externalized network platform that has no reliance on a traditional private corporate style network. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for the assigned services to align customer technical requirements to the business strategy by working cross functionally in AWS. This role requires senior program and project management experience, as customer engagement, stakeholder management and effective communication is critical. This role requires you to have effective written and verbal skills as this program has director and VP level visibility. As a TPM you will ensure projects in the program are being scoped, planned, delivered and closed in line with the agreed success measures, budget, schedule and quality. This will require you to partner with service owners and operators to determine the right business outcomes.
