As a TIPM, you will independently manage complex technical programs, lead cross-functional teams, and drive our commitment to sustainability and operational excellence. Teamwork is an absolute must to accomplish our goals. You will work within a team while both depending on and driving others to accomplish goals for customers. This role will lead with influence and work with internal teams as well as external suppliers, vendors, and consultants including manufacturers and contractors to align priorities and ensure the delivery of key milestones. This individual will initiate and manage multiple programs and projects using effective time management skills and personal impact to drive complex activities across the organization. This role will be relied upon as a technical, and strategic lead in end-to-end building ownership. The position understands the business cases of the portfolio and delivers projects in line with the agreed business value.
