We are looking for a highly motivated, technically savvy Fiber Delivery Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (FD-TIPM) to help develop and scale one of the world's largest and most complex networks. The FD-TIPM is responsible for managing highly technical, cost efficient, and fast paced communication construction project schedules to keep pace with and enable AWS Network growth. This role will manage a program overseeing design reviews across our rapidly expanding global data center portfolio, with anticipated growth of 33% year over year. As a FD-TIPM you will be part of a highly creative and efficient team of diverse backgrounds and expertise, tasked with tackling the most fascinating and challenging problems in modern fiber construction. In this role, you will be responsible for training and education of internal stakeholders and external contractors and partners, driving Kaizen process improvements, change management, and communication plans.
