Full Job Description
Application deadline: Jun 7, 2026 AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we're looking for talented people who want to help. We are looking for a highly motivated, technically savvy Fiber Delivery Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (FD-TIPM) to help develop and scale one of the world's largest and most complex networks. The FD-TIPM is responsible for managing highly technical, cost efficient, and fast paced communication construction project schedules to keep pace with and enable AWS Network growth. This role will manage a program overseeing design reviews across our rapidly expanding global data center portfolio, with anticipated growth of 33% year over year. As a FD-TIPM you will be part of a highly creative and efficient team of diverse backgrounds and expertise, tasked with tackling the most fascinating and challenging problems in modern fiber construction. In this role, you will be responsible for training and education of internal stakeholders and external contractors and partners, driving Kaizen process improvements, change management, and communication plans. Key job responsibilities • Drive the implementation of large-scale fiber deployments on a global scale • Collaborate with Stakeholder teams to gather fiber deployment requirements • Develop and Maintain Process Documentation • Program Manage pre-terminated fiber cable process from Intake, Engineering, Business Development, Material Acquisition, Deployment and Closeout • Provide Deployment support for projects, augmenting the local region TIPM across the globe • Create and maintain
