TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER We are looking for an Implementation Manager who will be responsible for taking brand-new clients and providing them with a best-in-class onboarding experience that sets them up for success and yielding high user adoption. This role combines project management, technical configuration, and customer enablement to drive successful adoption and long-term value. The ideal candidate brings strong technical aptitude, experience working with SaaS platforms, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You should be comfortable working with integrations, data flows, and system configurations, while also delivering a high-quality customer experience.
