WHO WE ARE Apella is applying computer vision, machine learning, and natural language processing to improve the standard of care in the most critical aspect of healthcare: surgery. We build applications to enable surgeons, nurses, and hospital administrators to deliver the highest quality care. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to support the design, configuration, validation, and ongoing monitoring of Apella's customer data interfaces. You'll work alongside our Senior Technical Implementation Manager to ensure our hospital partners receive accurate, timely data from their EMR systems — including Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, and related reporting platforms. This role is hands-on and customer-facing. You'll own the day-to-day communication with customer interface and reporting teams, execute testing and validation for new go-lives, monitor production interfaces for variances and outages, and help build scalable processes and documentation. You should be comfortable working with healthcare data, asking the right questions, and driving implementation tasks to completion.
