What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Technical education (secondary or higher, including ongoing studies) in automotive engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, or related fields, Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or dealership environment, understanding of commercial and heavy-duty vehicle systems, Fluency in German and English (spoken and written), At least 2S or preferably 3S qualified in very well trained in high voltage, Valid Category driving license
Nice to Have
Familiarity with alternative fuel technologies (e.g., CNG, LNG, electric), Diagnostic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach, Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks, interpersonal and organizational skills

Support dealer network to solve technical problems
Support repair instructions through communication channels
Develop and find solutions for product palette
Analyze and resolve technical issues
Ensure swift and accurate diagnostics

Close cooperation with technicians of the workshops; Contact between manufacturer and dealers; Cross-market collaboration
