Must Have
Technical education (secondary or higher, including ongoing studies) in automotive engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, or related fields., Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or dealership environment is highly valued., understanding of commercial and heavy-duty vehicle systems., Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) for cross-market collaboration., At least 2S or preferably 3S qualified in very well trained in high voltage., Valid Category driving license.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with alternative fuel technologies (e. g. , CNG, LNG, electric) is a plus., Diagnostic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach., Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks., interpersonal and organizational skills.

This role plays a key part in supporting service operations across Poland, Ukraine, and the Baltic region, with a strong focus on analyzing and resolving technical issues related to commercial vehicles. By ensuring swift and accurate diagnostics, you’ll help maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What you will be doing as an Automotive Technical Helpdesk Specialist: * Supporting the dealer network to solve technical problems related.
