What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline, Extensive experience (15+ years) in rail power and control systems across high-speed, conventional and metro railways, expertise in power system architecture, integration, and railway power system performance, Demonstrated leadership of complex, multidisciplinary rail projects, track record in senior stakeholder and client management, Experience across assurance, approvals, and certification processes, Experience in the management of equipment suppliers, Experience in the design, implementation, testing and commissioning of power systems, including the operational and asset management of such systems, Proven ability to lead technical bids and consultancy assignments, Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills, Ability to manage multiple high-value assignments simultaneously, Chartered Engineer, Membership of a relevant professional institution, Experience working across international rail projects and markets, Experience of client and contractor organizations
Nice to Have
Knowledge of rail power and control systems: Traction systems (OCS and 3rd rail), High and low voltage, Controls and monitoring (SCADA), Additional language skills

### **Job Description** ## Overview We are seeking a Technical Head – Traction and Power Networks (HV/LV) to provide strategic and technical leadership across complex our Middle East business, with our clients and on railway programs. This role focuses on delivering high-quality consultancy services across power networks systems and controls, integration and operational technical leadership, while driving innovation, technical excellence, and business growth.
