Our team of outstanding editors collaborates to ensure that all text elements of Magic card sets and related materials meet our quality standards for gameplay, player experience, Magic rules accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and clarity. What You'll Do: Craft the language of Magic. In partnership with your fellow editors and the Rules Management team, own the presentation and technical implementation of each new Magic card's language. Ensure all cards and mechanics in upcoming releases adhere to the team’s current philosophies, balancing historical precedents with innovation and player understanding. Shape tomorrow’s Magic cards today. Help game designers refine their mechanics and card designs. Regularly playtest upcoming Magic sets, contributing thoughtful and well-reasoned feedback. Support creative text development. Partner with Worldbuilding and Game Design leads to establish the creative and gameplay goals of each c
