What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Secondary, technical or higher education, English at B2 level or above, At least 3 years of experience in game development, Good knowledge of Unreal Engine, Experience with particle systems and visual effects, Knowledge of C++, Python or MAXScript, Experience with version control systems, Experience with at least one 3D modelling tool, Knowledge of Adobe Suite
Nice to Have
Degree in Design, Multimedia or related field, Experience with other game engines, Knowledge of sculpting tools, Experience with Corona Renderer, Advanced scripting skills, Understanding of WebGL, Experience working with AI tools, Previous experience in iGaming industry

Warsaw, ul. Przyokopowa 33 Contract of employment (UoP) Evolution is a multinational business at the forefront of the online gaming industry. We have an extensive track record of number 1s and are always looking for great people to help us create the next big product hit.Our team of 1,000+ engineers operates out of 8 engineering hubs running code 24/7/365 to serve users around the world. This is run through a modern software stack supporting over 250 fully automated releases per month to our main live environment. We believe in building in-house competence and agile work processes so that we can deliver on our Engineering mission: A flawless player experience What we're looking for Required qualifications: * Secondary, technical or higher education * English at B2 level or above (spoken and written) * At least 3 years of experience in game development * Good knowledge of Unreal Engine * Experience with particle systems and visual effects, especially UE Niagara * Knowledge of C++, Python or MAXScript * Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce, etc.) * Experience with at least one 3D modelling tool (3ds Max, Maya, Blender or similar) * Knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Substance Skills & competencies: * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach * Attention to detail * Ability to create and maintain technical documentation * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines * Ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback * Ability to work independently as well as within a team * Ability to communicate ideas effectively with designers, developers and stakeholders Nice to have: * Degree in Design, Multimedia or a related field * Experience with other game engines * Knowledge of sculpting tools such as ZBrush * Experience with Corona Renderer or other offline rendering solutions * Advanced scripting skills in C++, Python or
