What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience as a Facilities Manager, Facility Manager, FM Manager, MEP Manager, or similar role, background in facilities management and MEP maintenance, Experience managing multiple properties, buildings, or sites, Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance systems, Ability to manage contractors, technicians, vendors, and service providers, reporting, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience with BMS operation or implementation is highly preferred, Prior experience in international, commercial, residential, hospitality, real estate, or large property operations would be an advantage, Portuguese language proficiency is strongly preferred, Spanish language skills may also be considered
What You'll Do.
Oversee facilities management operations
Manage MEP maintenance activities
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Ensure facilities are maintained
Prepare regular reports
Manage vendor performance
Support planning and execution of facility upgrades
Ensure quick resolution of technical issues
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, contractors, and external service providers; Work closely with senior management
