What They're Looking For.
Must Have
at least 10 years of experience in process chemistry for synthetic molecules, sound knowledge in chemical synthesis, chemical process technologies, production in a cGMP environment

What You'll Do.
ensure compliance with cGMP regulations
design robust and efficient processes
lead the development of local standards
represent DS Clinical & Commercial Supply in feasibility assessment and development of global requirements
lead and support the implementation of these standards in a dynamic production environment
actively shape the scope
and implementation of complex projects as the primary representative of our teams
ensure results meet the expectations and needs of the organization
act as a subject matter expert and advisor for manufacturing processes and/or equipment
provide expertise to solve complex technical problems and strategic issues
lead complex investigations
and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
support employees in their continuous development of professional skills and knowledge
act as a driving force for continuous improvement by identifying innovative solutions for process optimization and productivity increase
utilize and implement Lean principles and digital solutions to improve operations
shape the strategic planning and goal setting of the department
