JOB DESCRIPTION : **Facility Technical Executive** **Position Details** **Designation:** Technical Executive **Location:** Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad **Required Qualifications and Experience:** **Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facility Management, or related technical field **Experience:** 2-4 years of proven experience in technical facilities management within corporate environments (mandatory) **Industry Background:** Strong preference for candidates with experience at leading facility management organizations **Shift Schedule:** 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 6 days per week **Critical Requirements** **Site Management Capability:** The successful candidate must be capable of independently managing the entire facility site with support from only one soft services executive. This requires strong leadership, technical proficiency, and the ability to handle multiple operational aspects simultaneously. **Corporate Sector Experience:** Prior experience in corporate facility management is mandatory.
