Technical Services is a site-based operational role responsible for managing daily technical operations including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. This position ensures reliable performance of building infrastructure through preventive maintenance execution, breakdown management, and technical support coordination. The role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to supervise technicians and coordinate with specialized contractors. ## **Key Responsibilities** **Technical Operations Management** Oversee daily operations of all MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation systems. Monitor system performance through building management systems (BMS) and conduct regular equipment checks. Ensure optimal functioning of air conditioning systems, chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation equipment. Manage electrical systems including distribution panels, DG sets, UPS systems, transformers, and lighting. Oversee plumbing infrastructure, water supply systems, drainage, water treatment plants, and pumps. Maintain fire safety systems including fire detection, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and emergency lighting. **Preventive Maintenance Execution** Execute planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for all technical equipment as per maintenance calendars.
