Must Have
A background in Engineering or Product Management with a deep understanding of technical concepts like LLMs, agent orchestration, MCP/ACP-style protocols, model routing, tool invocation, API-driven orchestration, and more., The ability to collaborate with engineers on technical constraints (security, latency, compliance) while turning that data into compelling, scalable stories., Experience in high-growth, global organizations where you have turned complex product launches into repeatable processes and internal enablement wins., A proactive mindset for using AI tools to optimize your own workflow and a constant drive to master emerging tech.

Hands-on experience with commerce platforms (SAP, Shopify), developer tools, or major cloud ecosystems (GCP, AWS), Hands-on experience working with or marketing AI platforms, developer tools, or LLM-based products, Familiarity with commerce platforms (e. g. , SAP Hybris/Commerce Cloud, Shopify, etc. ), Exposure to AI ecosystems and partners (e. g. , OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc. ), Familiarity with cloud providers (e. g. , AWS, GCP, etc. )

Translate complex concepts like agentic commerce
and API orchestration into clear value propositions for both technical and business audiences.
Amplify joint value propositions with key technology partners including Google Cloud
Partner with Product and Engineering to shape launch strategies for new platform capabilities
and AI-powered features
understanding architectural trade-offs
and real-world implementation considerations.
Conduct deep research into customer
and developer needs to inform product direction and competitive messaging.

This role is hybrid, with three days a week spent in our London office.
