How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with SFS Division to align on product strategy, including NGP and new feature development, supported by both technical and business justifications; Work closely with Account teams on customer engagement and project planning; Drive application use case development and ensure effective resource alignment with Division and local application engineers; Collaborate with Service and Technical Support teams to resolve issues efficiently and implement workarounds; Ensure Technical Customer (TC) meetings are well-aligned with user priorities, covering projects, issues, and value delivery
