THE ROLE Mach Energetics Technical Services Division is seeking a Technical Editor / STINFO Office Lead to support the development, review, publication, tracking, and distribution of technical documents used internally by government and contractor teams and, when approved, publicly released. This role will support Scientific and Technical Information Office activities, including technical report review, document editing, publication coordination, workflow tracking, records maintenance, and support for final report submission requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in editing technical content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, clarity, conciseness, formatting, terminology, and completeness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Review, edit, and proofread package information and verify and validate supporting and supplementary documentation. - Perform real-time updates of spreadsheets covering the process status of technical reports (interim, special, and final). - Distribute technical reports that may include preparation of transmittal forms, labels, and packaging for distribution, delivery, or electronic formats. - Ensure, to the best of their ability, that all 2-year reporting requirements are met by in-house work uni
