Position Overview: LawDepot is currently expanding and looking to recruit a Technical Editor in Edmonton, Alberta. As a part of our UX Optimization team, you will play a hands-on role in migrating and implementing interactive web products used by more than 25 million people annually. From shaping questionnaire content to publishing updates through our Content Management System (CMS) tools, you will ensure our products are engaging, high quality, and easy to use. This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities in office or hybrid. Primary Responsibilities: - Support the migration of legacy files into a new internal platform and contribute to ongoing system improvements - Implement high-quality products using in-house tools in alignment with defined acceptance criteria - Build and refine interactive questionnaires and document templates that guide customers in creating customized legal documents - Support colleagues by assisting with product launches, publishing updates, and setting up or taking down experiments - Review and improve existing solutions to enhance structure, organization, and long-term maintainability. - Identify patterns and common functionality across implementations to improve consistency and reduce duplication. - Execute
