**Overview of the Role** The **Technical Document Writer** is responsible for creating documentation that clarifies the process and benefits. They work on requirements like content strategy or scoping out new processes to ensure all necessary information has been included for team members to understand what they’re reading quickly. **Responsibilities** : * Working with internal teams on process and documentation requirements * Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides * Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements * Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience * Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications * Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities * Create and maintain the information architecture **Requirements** * A graduate with a bachelor's degree in any field * At least 2 years of experience in a similar role * Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation * Ability to deliver high-quality documentation, paying attention to detail * Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures * Excellent written skills in English * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development **Benefits** * 500K per incident HMO coverage + Dental & Optical benefits * 2-week paid Christmas vacation * Electricity & Data subsidies * 25K Educational Assistance * Training and equipment will be provided * Fixed Schedule of Mon-Fri from 7 AM to 4 PM
