What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field., Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting C4ISR/C5ISR systems, mission systems integration, or defense technologies., experience in systems architecture, systems integration, and Command & Control (C2) software environments., Demonstrated expertise supporting complex integrated defense systems involving hardware, software, networking, and mission applications., Experience conducting technical assessments and supporting strategic technology initiatives., understanding of defense technology ecosystems, interoperability requirements, and mission systems integration., Experience supporting proposal development, technical capture activities, and customer-facing technical engagements., Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills., written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders., Must be able to work full-time on-site in Gilbert, AZ during core business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)., Must be a U. S. citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Nice to Have
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline., Experience supporting DHS and/or DoW mission programs., Experience supporting tactical systems, command centers, surveillance technologies, or autonomous platforms., Knowledge of AI/ML applications, advanced mission software, or data analytics within defense systems., PMP, CISSP, or other relevant industry certifications., Experience with strategic product planning and advanced mission system architectures., Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance preferred.
