Proven experience in automotive technical support, Proven experience in diagnostics, Proven experience in dealership workshop, Proven experience in field service, Proven experience in OEM/Importer technical assistance, Hands-on track record resolving complex electrical/electronic faults, Hands-on track record resolving drivability issues, Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, Experience supporting multiple sites or markets, Prior exposure to technical documentation, Prior exposure to case reporting, Prior exposure to technician coaching/training

European field support experience, Multi-brand familiarity
What You'll Do.
Execute field missions
Execute remote missions
Support authorized repairers
Support technical centers
Reduce vehicle downtime
Reduce vehicle backlog
Diagnose technical incidents
Resolve technical incidents
Analyze single vehicle issues
Analyze systemic problems
Provide containment actions
Provide corrective actions
Perform guided diagnostics
Perform software updates
Perform reprogramming
Perform parameterization
Interpret wiring diagrams
Interpret service manuals
Interpret technical bulletins
Define repair methods
Produce technical reports
Produce incident summaries
Contribute to Technical Assistance process
Ensure KPI compliance
Ensure service level compliance
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Coach multidisciplinary teams
Deliver on-the-job training
Transfer knowledge to technicians
