Proven experience in automotive industry, Hands-on track record resolving complex electrical/electronic faults, Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, Prior exposure to technical documentation, Proficient with diagnostic methodologies, Skilled in reading electrical wiring diagrams, Awareness of aftersales processes, Proficient with OEM diagnostic tools, Competence in ECU programming, Advanced use of multimeters, Ability to interpret electrical schematics, Technical writing skills, Proficient with standard IT tools, Customer focus and cost awareness, Problem solving and analytical thinking, Clear, concise verbal and written communication, Collaboration and coordination skills, Ability to coach technicians
Nice to Have
European field support experience, Multi-brand familiarity
What You'll Do.
Execute field and remote missions
Reduce vehicle downtime and backlog
Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents
Resolve advanced electrical/electronic faults
Resolve multiplexing faults
