Full Job Description
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will deliver high-quality technical support to customers using IDEXX diagnostic solutions, ensuring a seamless experience while troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This role offers the opportunity to work in veterinary diagnostics and make a direct impact on veterinary practices and patient care. The Customer Support team plays a critical role in supporting IDEXX customers across Europe, building strong relationships and ensuring customers maximize the value of diagnostic solutions. ## ## **Why this role matters:** You will be a key contributor to customer success within the Companion Animal Group (CAG), ensuring veterinary professionals can rely on IDEXX technology to deliver critical diagnostics. You will help strengthen customer relationships, support business growth, and ultimately contribute to better outcomes for animals. ## **In this role:** * You'll provide technical support on diagnostic analyzers and software solutions. * You'll coordinate installations and troubleshoot hardware and integration issues. * You'll partner with internal teams to resolve customer challenges efficiently. * You'll guide customers through troubleshooting and best practices. ## **What you need to succeed:** * Fluency in English and one South European language - such as Portuguese, Spanish or French. * You've provided exceptional customer support in technical or service environments. * You collaborate effectively across teams to resolve complex issues. * You're a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills. * You've supported customers in fast-paced, multi-channel environments. * Strong technical aptitude with hardware, software, or networking exposure. * Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. * Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a technical or scientific field. ##
