Must Have

At least 2 years of experience as a technical support representative, Ability to function as the highest point of service escalation, Familiarity with Contactless payments (ATMs and Cash Express machines), Excellent problem-solving skills, Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals, attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

Provide technical support to clients via phone
