This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer experience, driving satisfaction, and contributing to the company's success by delivering high standards of service. **Key Responsibilities** : * **Emergency Services** : * Plan and dispatch emergency services in Salesforce Service Cloud. * Manually schedule and coordinate same-day services. * **Installation Services** : * Mass-load equipment records. * Create service orders in SAP using installation request forms or SmartStart tools. * Plan and dispatch installations through Salesforce Service Cloud. * Scheduled Maintenance Services: * Generate service orders in SAP based on scheduled maintenance matrices. * Plan and dispatch maintenance services in Salesforce Service Cloud. * **General Activities** : * Communicate with country Technical Customer Service (TCS) business partners. * Collaborate with local teams and technicians for planning activities. * Provide agreed service-level reports and update customer portals with serv
