You'll be responsible for managing service requests, ensuring accurate customer invoicing, handling third-party purchase orders, and maintaining master data in SAP. Your primary goal will be to foster positive relationships with customers and sales representatives while ensuring smooth and efficient operations. **Key Responsibilities** **Service Requests Management** : * Receive and process emergency service requests via email or service forms using Salesforce. * Create notifications, release service orders in SAP, and handle outbound iDocs. * Create and update equipment records in SAP and maintain customer master data. **DMR Processing & Invoicing**: * Manage debit memo requests (DMRs) to enable accurate customer invoicing. * Correct invoice errors as needed. * Third-Party Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders and handle third-party invoicing and payments. **General Administrative Activities** : * Update customer contract data and manage equipment master data in SAP. * Onboard new technicians a
