Learn more at Planful.com. About the role Planful is looking for a Technical Customer Account Manager to manage routine customer account tasks and support global clients in adopting new features. In this role, you will ensure customers are maximizing their use of Planful’s solutions by managing user accounts, communicating new features, and leading training sessions. Strong English communication skills are essential, as you’ll engage regularly with a global customer base to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or technical support. Background in Accounting or Finance preferred. Ability to learn new software quickly and clearly communicate product features; experience in a product-based SaaS company is a strong plus. Strong verbal and written English, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply and clearly. Experience handling administrative tasks such as user management, account setup, and customer training. A proactive, customer-focused approach to engagement and relationship building. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and grow.
