We’ve helped ambitious brands grow faster, smarter, and globally. The Role Our CRM team is growing. We’re looking for a Technical CRM Executive to join our affiliate marketing business in London. This is an opportunity for someone with some experience with either Adobe campaign or SFMC, as well as HTML, SQL queries, and JavaScript, to support the team in delivering a customer-centric, automated experience across email, SMS, and messaging channels. In this role, you’ll be supporting the CRM Technical Manager as well as CRM team and its wider ecosystem, using tools such as SparkPost, Email on Acid, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SMS integrations, Adobe Campaign and Rebrandly. You’ll work on the end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives that rely on data and systems so you must have the technical aptitude and knowledge with JavaScript, APIs and ideally base understanding of SQL. This includes managing incoming Jira tickets, monitoring daily campaigns, supporting the wider team, maintaining data quality and compliance, managing automations and integrations, overseeing IP warm-ups, and help build new HTML modules. If you’re hands-on, data-driven, and comfortable operating across multiple technologies, with the coding skills listed, we’d like to hear from you.   Key responsibilities - Internal SME of CRM-related systems -
