Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Minimum 10+ years of experience on large‑scale infrastructure or airport construction projects, Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and construction submittals within live, operational facilities, working knowledge of Transport Canada TP 312, CARs Part III, and ICAO Annex 14 requirements, Proven ability to manage shop drawings, material approvals, RFIs, and technical compliance across multiple construction packages, Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) and Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit (AVOP)

Nice to Have

Professional Engineer (P. Eng. ) registration with Professional Engineers Ontario, Direct experience in road construction, airfield pavements, utilities, and building works, Experience coordinating with an external owner’s representative or PMO organization

The Technical Coordinator role is a multidisciplinary coordination position supporting a large‑scale airport infrastructure construction program in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The role sits at the interface between design consultants, construction joint ventures, and site execution teams, with a primary focus on shop drawings, material submittals, and technical compliance. This position supports live construction within an operational airport environment, ensuring alignment between contract documents, design intent, regulatory standards, and field execution. The scope includes airfield infrastructure, utilities, electrical systems, and associated civil works, governed by Transport Canada, ICAO, FAA, and airport authority standards. The ideal candidate brings more than ten years of experience coordinating technical deliverables on complex infrastructure or airport projects, with strong exposure to multidisciplinary design integration, contractor interfaces, and regulatory compliance within schedule‑driven construction environments.
