What You'll Do.
Create technical content for development team
Meet client standards
Ensure compliance with agreements
Assess designated businesses current processes
Prioritize areas for improvement
Design and develop structured technical training
Deliver sustainable improvements
Work with SMEs to find technical content
Design a range of training modules
Ensure standards are met for training material
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders
Gather up-to-date information
Create engaging training materials
Stay up to date with advancements
Collaborate with team members
Identify training needs
Develop training content documents
Create effectiveness of training programs
Attend factory or brand-led events
Attend technical meetings
Report results to Project Manager
Deliver improvements in KPIs
Build working relationship with technical content team
