Full Job Description
## What You'll Do Be an internal voice-of-the-customer: help Marketing create genuinely valuable OT content while authentically connecting with the OT community. Turn technical ideas into clear, useful content across formats: white papers, videos, webinars, demo content, blogs, visual assets, and other campaign materials. Produce and edit multimedia content from webinars, events, customer conversations, product launches, and internal subject matter expert interviews. Create and host helpful webinars for our customers, such as in-depth product demonstrations, deep-dives, feature spotlights, technical guides and how-to's, and more. Work with product marketing to shape thought leadership angles, product messaging, technical narratives, and editorial quality. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and technical experts to find stories worth telling. Maintain a high bar for accuracy, clarity, visual polish, and technical credibility. Use AI tools aggressively and thoughtfully throughout the content process: research, outlining, drafting, editing, video production, repurposing, and QA. ## Minimum Qualifications 3-6 years of meaningful experience or deep exposure in OT cybersecurity, industrial automation, controls engineering, manufacturing systems, PLCs, SCADA, or related technical environments. 0-3 years of experience in marketing, content, product marketing, technical marketing, or a related creative role. Strong work ethic, high learning velocity, and the ambition to grow into a trusted technical marketing voice. Ability to break down and effectively explain complex topics in OT security to technical and non-technical professionals.
