Overview In this position, you will partner with customers on enterprise database design and implementation strategies while applying Esri technology best practices. You will consult with customers to understand business and technical requirements, design enterprise data management strategies, and implement those strategies throughout the engagement life cycle. You will work both independently and as part of project teams to configure back-end geospatial database management capabilities that support customer workflows utilizing ArcGIS web, desktop, and mobile applications. This team supports Defense and Intel clients. Responsibilities Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure database solutions to support mission-critical applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams during all phases of implementation including requirements, analysis, design, build/configuration, and deployment Configure and maintain database environments, including backup, restore, high-availability, and disaster recovery strategies Monitor and tune database performance using industry-standard tools and methodologies (such as query optimization, indexing strategies) Implement dat
