We are looking for a dynamic Technical Consultant with a strong IT background and at least **2 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Software Engineering, or IT Consulting, capable of bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.** The ideal candidate combines a consulting mindset with hands-on technical expertise and the ability to write code when required. Your primary responsibility will be to understand business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions. **Responsibilities** * Analyze clients' content management needs and recommend tailored Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions to improve workflow efficiency and information management * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ECM solutions with existing systems and processes * Develop code (e.g., scripting, extensions) when required and integrate systems using APIs and third-party tools * Prepare and maintain documentation, including process maps, user guides, and technical specifications **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in Technical Consulting, Software Engineering, IT Consulting, or similar roles * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients * Proficiency in English, both written and verbal * Strong interest in technology and a continuous learning mindset We will offer you a friendly and dynamic working environment, in which you can develop your skills and competencies and a workplace with a strong focus on values and work-life balance.
