An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Pain Therapies team as a Technical Consultant supporting the territory across Ireland, helping to ensure optimum therapy outcomes for patients. If you are proactive with the positive, can-do mindset and a self-starter who is eager to develop their career and clinical expertise with Medtronic this role is for you. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Manage customer and patient interactions with Medtronic devices * Provide technical support in the operating theatre and patient clinics * Perform trouble-shooting functions and resolve customer issues in key accounts * Effectively collaborate with sales, clinical and engineer teams to ensure best use and practices of our devices within key accounts * Ensure own competitor knowledge remains up to date along with the ability to promote Medtronic products in line with clinician and service needs * Provide data in line with the weekly business demands **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Degree in Bio-Science, Radiography, Life-science, Biology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or another relevant, advanced degree (preferably in Neuroscience) preferred * Healthcare related experience with a commercial mindset * Experience in clinical or technical interaction with healthcare professionals and patient * Excellent communication and Influencing skills * Driving licence **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level
