Job Title: Technical Consultant Locations: Bangalore Reports to: Sr. Manager, Technical Support A quick snapshot… The Technical consultant provides Global Technical Support for Conga CRM products. The job involves understanding, evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, identifying root cause, and resolving issues/ addressing customer needs in timely manner. Our Tech support teams are responsible for handling errors, user issues and any other technical problem that prevents the customer from using our Conga products. In essence, our tech support consultants focus on helping customers to use our products most effectively.
