Full Job Description

Overview In this position, you will work closely with customers to help define geospatial-centric solutions and implementation of those solutions. You will solve complex geospatial problems by evaluating and translating the customer's business goals, objectives, and strategies. The contributions you make will support our Defense and Intel customers across many industries. The work you do will enable customers to make meaningful decisions by leveraging location intelligence. The teams you will work with are collaborative and forward leaning. They are problem solvers, listeners, facilitators, guides, and trusted advisers to thousands of ArcGIS users making a difference. We will benefit from the experience of working together as part of an extensive network of industry and technology experts. Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the Redlands, CA area for this position. Responsibilities Work closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers regarding innovative solutions using Esri technology and content to help them make better decisions Identify the value of location within customer workflows and drive substantial return on their investment in Esri's enterprise platform and services Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions and work with customers to prepare implementation and migration strategies Present complex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverse range of customer organizations Collaborate with customer IT organizations to align their technical objectives and business goals with Esri's technology enterprise Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities Professional experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS
