What You'll Do.
Drive and coordinate complex compliance initiatives
Partner with Regulatory Tech
and Technical Compliance teams to implement necessary technical solutions
Orchestrate the delivery of cross-functional compliance solutions
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
Execute required escalations to ensure continuous
unblocked delivery flow
Own and govern the unified compliance roadmap across key teams
Manage dependencies and strategically align all delivery planning with evolving international regulatory timelines and immediate market needs
Support product teams during new market launches
Establish a sustainable transition plan to guarantee the continuous development and enhancement of compliance functionalities post-launch
Deliver regular updates on progress
and blockers to leadership and relevant stakeholders
Drive the development and implementation of technical solutions
Identify and manage cross-team dependencies
Monitor project progress
Remove impediments and ensure continuous
unblocked delivery flow
Maintain the unified compliance roadmap across Technical Compliance
Regulatory Technology (RegTech)
Communicate critical cross-team dependencies
Align delivery planning with evolving international regulatory timelines and immediate market needs
Provide support with prioritization following market launches
Ensure that trade-offs are documented and fixes are tracked through to resolution
