Must Have

Experience in industrial B2B environments, Background in technical commercial roles, business development or proposal support, Exposure to complex solutions and cross-functional collaboration, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, Knowledge of industrial equipment (preferably rotating equipment), Advanced Excel and familiarity with SAP/CRM tools, Capability to build and analyze business cases (costs, margins, ROI, feasibility), analytical and problem solving skills, cliente facing communication skills, Ability to translate technical concepts into business value, Stakeholder management across functions, Advanced English (mandatory), Local Language Portuguese
