That’s how we continue to achieve extraordinary things in extraordinary locations. **Job description:** **Compliance and Governance** * The incumbent will be required to adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to health, safety, environment, and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function. * Ensure compliance with mechanical codes, safety standards, and relevant company procedures. **Coaching and Training** * Provide on-the-job coaching to the fitting artisans and technicians according to the needs identified in the fitting section of the engineering department. * Use ‘On the job’ coaching as the primary method, supported by formal training modules in collaboration with the KMP Training Department * Prepare training materials for the delivery of the training and coaching. * Deliver structured training sessions based on identified skills gaps. **Technical Oversight** * Ability to role model good practice and create a continuous learning environment, using coaching methodologies and various instructional techniques identified via the training needs assessments or observations. * Champion quality and provide visible leadership ‘on-the-floor’ in Kansanshi Smelter operations. * Support fault diagnosis and corrective actions to minimize downtimes through coaching. **Learner Engagement, Assessments and Performance Monitoring
