Must Have
Experience in Technical, Quality Assurance, or Food Safety role in food/beverage manufacturing, Good understanding of HACCP principles, Experience with quality management systems, Experience with food safety standards, Knowledge of BRC standards, Knowledge of food legislation, Knowledge of Trading Standards requirements, Knowledge of customer Codes of Practice, Microsoft Office skills, Confidence managing technical documentation, Confidence managing technical data, Investigation skills, Problem-solving skills, Experience supporting root cause analysis, Experience supporting corrective actions, Confidence communicating with colleagues at all levels
