What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Tertiary qualification in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, Land Management or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience), An understanding of safety, environmental and regulatory compliance in operational or site setting with an ability to coordinate contractors and support delivery of work packages on site, Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with site teams, contractors and stakeholders, organisational and administrative capability, including document control and reporting, Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret site conditions and support delivery decisions, Proficiency in MS Office and reporting/document management systems
Nice to Have
Experience coordinating site-based projects within infrastructure, energy, mining or environmental environments - closure, rehabilitation or environmental projects (highly regarded), Exposure to contract administration, procurement or delivery tracking (desirable)
