Industry & Context.
Desktop/Laptop system requirements, 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent, at least 4GB, Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system, provide your own dual monitors, stable internet connection, DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection, PC Headset, high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Customer Service experience, Project Management experience, Account Management experience, Agency experience, Excellent communication skills, English language skills, cross-functional collaboration skills, Ability to learn new programs/software, willingness to build new skills
Nice to Have
2-3 years in relevant industry, Experience with TikTok Shops as a seller or creator, Experience with listing creation, listing upload, listing troubleshooting

Maintain creator relationships

Answer creator inquiries

Create weekly customer outreach campaigns
