What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally within financial services or fintech, Demonstrable experience working within agile cross-functional delivery teams, understanding of UK financial planning processes, including advice suitability, fact-finding, and client onboarding, Practical experience using AI tools to improve personal productivity and inform solution design, Working knowledge of core technical concepts including RESTful APIs, data integration patterns, and system authentication methods, Expert-level ability to produce clear, structured requirements documentation and process maps, Proficient in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels

Nice to Have

Experience with wealth management platforms and advice technology is highly desirable, BCS, IIBA (CBAP), or equivalent BA certification is a plus, SQL proficiency is a plus

What You'll Do.

Work closely with the Product Owner to refine and maintain a well-groomed backlog

Participate actively in sprint ceremonies — refinement

Support the development team in understanding requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
