What They're Looking For.
Must Have
U. S. Citizenship, Ability to obtain Secret Level security clearance, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, 3+ years dedicated to ServiceNow platform, Proven experience in federal contracting space, Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment, Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Knowledge of at least one other ServiceNow workflow, Experience with Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps, Proficiency in Visio, LucidChart, or similar tools, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Nice to Have
ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe PO/PM)

Steer away from customization
Collaborate with System Architects
Ensure designs are technically feasible
Ensure solution designs adhere to federal IT standards
Develop User Acceptance Testing plans
Execute User Acceptance Testing plans
Coordinate testing sessions
Create federal-grade deliverables
Create Standard Operating Procedures
Create Training Decks
