What They're Looking For.
Must Have
U. S. Citizenship, Ability to obtain Secret Level security clearance, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, 5+ years as Business Analyst, 3+ years dedicated to ServiceNow platform, Experience in federal contracting space, Experience in Agile/Scrum environment, Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Knowledge of at least one other ServiceNow workflow, Experience with Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps, Proficiency in Visio, LucidChart, or similar tools, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Nice to Have
ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe PO/PM)

Lead client workshops
Elicit business requirements
Analyze business requirements
Document business requirements
Translate business needs into user stories
Define acceptance criteria
Create functional specifications
Design new Agile processes
Document new Agile processes
Distribute new Agile processes
Provide guidance to junior developers
Provide mentorship to junior analysts
Conduct peer reviews of functional designs
Conduct peer reviews of test scripts
Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices
Steer away from customization
Ensure functional designs are technically feasible
Ensure solution designs adhere to federal IT standards
Develop User Acceptance Testing plans
Execute User Acceptance Testing plans
Coordinate testing sessions
Create Standard Operating Procedures
