Must Have

5–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, Hands-on experience with data analysis using SQL, Excel, and AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools, Experience building dashboards, reports, or visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI, documentation skills, including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria, Experience using JIRA and Confluence in Agile or technology delivery environments, Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders, analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business problems into structured requirements and actionable insights

Nice to Have

Summary: The Technical Business Analyst will partner with Finance, Accounting, Trade Processing, Data, and Technology teams to define requirements, analyze business workflows, and deliver data-driven reporting and analytics solutions. This role is ideal for a business analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of financial services operations, data analysis, and technology delivery. The position offers the opportunity to translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, improve reporting and operational visibility, and support high-impact analytics initiatives using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, and AI-enabled analysis tools. Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across Finance, Accounting, and Trade Processing teams. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for data, reporting, dashboard, and analytics solutions.
