technical BA experience with the ability to understand system interactions, integration patterns, and architectural concepts, Experience working across multi‑system or cloud‑based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar), Ability to support feature definition, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery within Agile/Scrum teams, Experience working across digital platforms or customer-facing applications, Ability to contribute to technical and functional documentation that supports architecture and engineering teams, communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially when discussing technical concepts, Experience using Agile tooling (e. g. JIRA, Confluence) to support delivery, valid work rights for Australia, willingness to undergo a comprehensive background checking process, including probity and police checks
