Must Have
Demonstrated experience in technical business analysis, including capturing detailed technical specifications for data, integrations, reporting and system configuration., Analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret and communicate complex information across diverse stakeholders., Experience working on large-scale transformation programs or complex ICT projects within structured delivery environments., Proven ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and executive stakeholders., Understanding of data and integration concepts including data structures, mapping, migration, APIs and system interactions., Experience performing impact analysis and problem solving across multiple systems and technical environments., Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, computer science, software engineering or business analysis, or equivalent experience., Communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language., Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of SQL Server and experience with T-SQL, ETL processes, data quality analysis and associated tools such as SSIS is highly desirable., Experience working with system implementation or replacement projects, particularly involving COTS solutions, is advantageous., Familiarity with release management processes, including change requests, impact assessments and deployment cycles, is desirable., Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is beneficial.

Support data-related activities including data mapping
integration and quality analysis across multiple systems.
Assist in the implementation of best practices across development
system integration and testing processes.
Work with testing teams to define validation criteria and ensure solutions meet defined technical and business requirements.
Provide ongoing business analysis support throughout the project lifecycle
implementation and transition to business-as-usual.
